Year 13 Final piece designs & Samples 

My final piece has resolved itself into a structured dress that pulls in at the waist and is sleeveless highlighting the shoulder detail which will involve my folded manipulations on top of the material to give extra form. My coral screen print will also be printed along the lower part of the dress which will have  free machine embroidery on top developed from the McQueen Atlantis link. Flowing out of the waist will have large dyed silk ruffles which will run down both side of the dress again to add body to the dress linking with my sea life page. I will also include aqua- film with free machine appliquéd on sections going back to my cells link.
